Show schedules now available: The schedules for both shows - Wisley and Harrogate are now included on the Shows & Trials page. They can also be seen via the Tabs on the left. I have been asked to point out that the Competitive National Show at Wisley is from the 4th to 6th September. None Competitive Show from the 7th to 8th September, with Dahlia Displays by NDS Members and the RHS Trials Committee with Public Participation. Jimmy Jones has taken over as the show secretary for Harrogate Show. NDS DVD - growing dahlias for garden, vase and show is now available. This new DVD by leading Dahlia grower, Dave Gillam, is available from the general Secretary June Nash price: £10 plus £3 P&P. Click on the DVD image to see the order form, and place your order. It shows how to grow dahlias from initial tuber selection and propagation through to planting in the garden and showing flowers in a vase. Leeds Trials 2012: the results are now available Leeds Trials 2013: the entry form is on line - application deadline extended to the end of May 2013 for this year's trials.
