New members rates will remain as above for 2008 Value added tax is included in the figures at the rate of 0% for 75% of the subscription, a concession granted to the Society (a registered charitable organisation) by HM Customs and Excise.
Members who pay tax & make Donations to the society can increase the donation value to the Society by completing a GIFT DONATION FORM (available from the General Secretary).
PAYMENT OF SUBSCRIPTIONS AND GOODS 2008
A subscription/goods order form together with a Direct Debit mandate form can be received from the General secretary by sending a stamped addressed envelope. If you want to pay subscriptions by Direct Debit in future, complete and forward them to the General Secretary as soon as possible. Indicate in the box provided the appropriate subscription . The Direct Debit form when completed MUST be returned to the General Secretary and NOT your Bank. Money is then deducted directly first week of November. If you want to continue to pay by Cheque or Postal order complete the subs/goods form and return with your payment. Cheques & Postal Orders MUST ONLY be made out to the NATIONAL DAHLIA SOCIETY, AND MUST BE IN STERLING, PLEASE NOTE EUROCHEQUES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY UK BANKS. IT WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED IF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WAS PAID AS NEAR TO THE RENEWAL DATE OF 1st NOVEMBER .OVERSEAS MEMBERS MUST PAY BY STERLING CHEQUE DRAWN ON A UK BANK OR BY INTERNATIONAL POSTAL ORDER OR USA MEMBERS THROUGH THE AMERICAN DAHLIA
