NDS 10th Anniversary Show at Wisley
The Annual National Dahlia Society Show will be held at RHS Wisley for 2023 to show case the very best in dahlia cultivation, this is the 10th year that the National Dahlia Society will have held their show at RHS Wisley having missed one year due to Covid, our members will be looking forward to showing their magnificent blooms again to the public.
Exhibitors please be aware there are major roadworks taking place on the M25 Junction 10 / A3 interchange, this will be in progress until 2025, please allow extra time for your journey, June will advise exhibitors nearer the time.
The Show opening time will alter to allow for the rush hour traffic, Show will open at 10.00am and close at 6.30pm during the show, Sunday show may close earlier, still to be advised.
The NDS Marquee will be on the main seven-acre lawn. Our NDS specialist speakers will be giving talks again this year at the RHS Hilltop Centre ‘The Home of Gardening and Science’, they will be Andrew Robinson, David Gillam, Cyril Watkins, Mark Saunders and Darren Everest.
The RHS will be holding their Peoples ‘My Best Garden Dahlia’ Competition on Saturday and Sunday for members of the public to bring along a bloom to be judged, this is becoming very popular with the visitors to the show, blooms to be staged by 1.00pm each day, results at 3.00pm. We will also be joined at the weekend by ‘Flowers From The Farm’ and also by Sophie Jones with her wonderful garden variety dahlias.
