Renewing your membership on-line

Now we have the new web site, existing members can renew on-line. This will save a lot of administration.

To access the members’ area where you can renew, we first need to have an email address for you.  Please check with the General Secretary by email if you are not sure.  When you are sure we have your email address log into the site using this email address. If you are logging in for the first time you will need a password, so follow the “lost password” route where you will be sent a link to your email address to set up a password.  You can now log in and see the status of your subscription in My Account – My Subscription

If your account is up to date it will appear as “Active”.  If you have not renewed yet, your account will show ‘On Hold’.  If this is the case please renew.  After several months at “On Hold” your membership will show “Expired”

Please note, if paying by Go-Cardless, it seems to take about a week for the Direct Debit to work its way through the financial systems. During this time your account may go ‘On Hold’. The only thing that this affects is the ability to look at the Annuals / Bulletins, and, if you are a Society, the ability to update your society page and events.


NB If you are the contact for an Affiliated Society as well as an individual member you will need to have a different email address for each account.


When your subscription gets to the renewal date, you will get an e-mail reminding you to renew your membership and another one before your membership expires altogether.
