Newton-le-Willows Gardeners’ Association has been working for the benefits of local
gardeners with membership of about 650 in and around Newton Le Willows. We hold
Flower and Vegetable Shows in September each year and coach trips are arranged to
major flower shows. It is believed the Association began in 1923.
